Elise Herr

Elise Herr has a diverse work experience, beginning with their role as a Human Resources Specialist in the US Army from 2013 to 2021. Elise then worked as an Office Manager at the Riley County Attorney from 2021 to 2022. In 2022, they took on the role of Human Resources Business Partner at the Ultra Electronics Group, where they focused on creating a dynamic and inspiring work environment that attracted, developed and retained the best diverse talent. Her current role is People Operations Manager at PearlX, which they began in 2023.

Elise Herr is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management- Human Resources from Purdue University Global. Elise previously attended Southern New Hampshire University, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from 2019 to 2023. In June 2022, Elise obtained a Certified HR Generalist certification from AIHR | Academy to Innovate HR.
