Omar Franco

Omar Franco serves as the Safety Director at Pearson Construction, LLC since September 2022, where a comprehensive safety training program for new employees has been developed and regular safety inspections conducted to identify potential risks. Prior to this role, Omar held various positions at Cornejo & Sons from April 2011 to October 2022, including Safety Director, Estimator-Project Manager, Assistant Safety Director, Human Resources Assistant, Safety Administrator for the Flat Ridge II Wind Farm Project, and Dispatcher. Throughout these roles, safety policies were developed in compliance with OSHA/MSHA/FMCSA regulations, safety awareness campaigns were initiated, proposals formulated, and emergency response plans maintained. Omar holds a Master's degree in Occupational Health & Safety from Murray State University, an MBA from Wichita State University, and a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections along with a minor in Business Administration from Wichita State University.
