Karen Covelli

Karen Covelli has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Karen started their career at Pearson Packaging Systems in 1992, where they worked as a Senior Mechanical Engineer for eight years. Karen then transitioned to the role of Product Manager, managing one of the newly formed business units, and later became an Engineering Supervisor.

In 2005, Karen joined ReliOn as a Senior Mechanical Engineer and eventually became the Mechanical Engineering Manager. Karen was responsible for leading a team that developed various fuel cells to meet customer power requirements.

In 2014, Karen returned to Pearson Packaging Systems as the Director of Project Management. Karen held this position until 2018 when they joined Flexicell, a Pearson Packaging Systems Company, as the Vice President of Operations.

Karen's most recent role was as the Vice President of Manufacturing Operations at Pearson Packaging Systems, a position they held from January 2020 onwards.
