Matt Swanson

Matt S. is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales and customer experience management, currently serving as an Associate Sales Manager and previously as a Customer Experience Manager at Tesla since January 2024. Prior to this, Matt worked at Pearson Realty Group as a Real Estate Advisor and holds the title of Director of Business Development for PRG Management, which oversees approximately $1 billion in assets. With a successful tenure at Tesla from November 2018 to October 2022, Matt led the Downtown Chicago Tesla Team to win the "Top Execution Award" and achieved significant improvements in customer satisfaction scores. Earlier roles include experience with Triton Realty Group LLC, Silver Property Group, and DICK'S Sporting Goods, showcasing a broad range of skills in real estate, sales, and event coordination. Matt earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management, graduating Magna Cum Laude from the University of Illinois Chicago.
