Zaid Almanaseer

Zaid Almanaseer is a skilled real estate professional with extensive experience in property management and leasing. Currently a Licensed Real Estate Agent at Pearson Realty Group since June 2015, Zaid specializes in renting apartments to college students, negotiating residential property deals, performing underwriting, and collaborating with investors to enhance their portfolios. As a Co-Founder and Manager at Birchwood Management Corp, Zaid oversees seven residential properties in Chicago, managing tenant relations and financial records, including tax reporting. Previous experience as an Accounting & Marketing Intern at Alkafaji & Associates, Ltd. involved a range of bookkeeping duties, tax filings, nonprofit audits, and implementing organizational systems. Zaid holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Real Estate from DePaul University, complemented by studies at the University of Westminster.
