Dawn Dodson

Dawn Dodson is the Branch Manager, and Associate Broker for Pearson Smith Realty and has been a REALTOR® member of the Eastern Panhandle Board of REALTORS® since 2002. During this time, she has been an active participant of several committees including Education Chair, Lockbox Chair, Events Chair. She is a committee member of 2019 Strategic Planning, Forms, Membership, Bylaws and Building. As Chairperson of the Education committee Dawn, along with other members have created the Professional Development Courses currently being offered by EPBR.
