Kevin Hastings

Kevin Hastings has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Kevin began their career as a Construction Assistant at GW Hastings Contracting, Inc. from May 2008 to August 2014.

Kevin then transitioned to The Inn at Virginia Tech and Skelton Conference Center where they worked as a Conference Technician from February 2011 to November 2014.

In 2015, Kevin joined Pearson Smith Realty as a Realtor, specializing in residential real estate in Loudoun County and Fairfax County. Kevin served clients throughout the Northern Virginia region, helping them purchase single-family homes, townhouses, and condominium units.

At Pearson Smith Realty, Kevin worked their way up to the role of Director of Compliance, a position they held from May 2017 to the present. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing compliance review for 900 agents across multiple states, ensuring adherence to internal policies, state regulations, and licensing rules. Kevin also reviewed and verified the correct execution of transaction documents.

Kevin Hastings earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Political Science from Virginia Tech, completing their studies from 2010 to 2014.
