Bhagya Jayawickrama

Bhagya Jayawickrama possesses extensive experience in software quality engineering, currently serving as Lead – Software Quality Engineering at Pearson since January 2016, where responsibilities include overseeing the development and maintenance of centralized applications for user engagement. Previous roles at Pearson include Associate Lead and Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer, contributing to projects such as Global Product Cart and e-commerce platforms for notable clients like Microsoft, Cisco, and Adobe. Prior to Pearson, Bhagya worked at IT-Connect as a Quality Assurance Engineer, focusing on online meal ordering and data management applications, and began a career as an Associate Software QA Engineer at Cyber LMJ, developing location-based smartphone applications. Bhagya holds an MBA from the University of Moratuwa and a BSc Special Honours in Information Technology from SLIIT, along with additional education from Curtin University.
