Fréderique Vallar

Fréderique Vallar is currently the Research Director for France and International Spanish at Pearson Clinical Assessments, a position held since 2025. Previously, Fréderique worked as an RRHH Consultant at Talentos Humanos from 2004 to 2008, and served as a Psychologue R&D at ECPA Pearson from 1999 to 2003. Fréderique also gained experience as a Change Management Consultant at Accenture from 2008 to 2009, and held the role of R&D Manager at Pearson Assessments from 2010 to 2025. Fréderique obtained a DESS in Work Psychology from Université Paris X Nanterre, completing the degree in 1998.
