Grzegorz Bilewski

Grzegorz Bilewski is a seasoned Software Engineering Manager at Pearson, with a career spanning over a decade in quality assurance and software engineering roles. Since January 2012, Grzegorz has progressed through various leadership positions, including Acting Engineering Manager and Head of Quality Assurance, where responsibilities have included managing QA teams across multiple products, leading performance engineers, defining testing policies, and establishing career paths for QA team members. Grzegorz' earlier experience includes serving as a Quality Assurance Manager, where a QA team was established and automated testing frameworks were redesigned. Additionally, Grzegorz has contributed to academia as a lecturer at Uniwersytet im. Adama Mickiewicza w Poznaniu, teaching quality assurance in software development. Grzegorz holds an MBA in Informatics from Kozminski University, a Master’s degree in Software Engineering, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Poznan University of Technology.
