Keith Gilmour is an Agile Leader with extensive experience in transforming teams and processes within major organizations. They served as an Agile Coach at Agile ArtiZEN and played a pivotal role in designing Agile implementations for a prominent grocery retailer. At Seagate Technology, they transitioned from a Senior Staff Analyst to a hybrid role of Senior Product Manager, Solution Architect, and Agile Coach, leading significant improvements in team productivity and the adoption of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). Gilmour has also held various technical and managerial positions, including Senior Manager of Factory IT, where they guided a large global team through an Agile transformation during the Covid pandemic. They hold a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Computing from Ulster University.
