Kemi Fajoye Assoc Cipd

Kemi Fajoye, an Associate member of CIPD, has extensive experience in conducting investigations in various sectors, currently serving as an HR Business Partner and Senior Investigator at Pearson since October 2015. In this role, Kemi leads and supports the Investigations Team to ensure timely and compliant investigations related to malpractice at international and UK centres. Prior to Pearson, Kemi worked as a Case Investigation Officer at the Nursing and Midwifery Council from April 2012 to October 2015, where responsibilities included investigating allegations against nurses and midwives regarding fitness to practice. Kemi's career began at the Department for Work and Pensions as a Compliance Officer from September 2008 to April 2012, focusing on investigating social benefit fraud. Kemi holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Writing and Publishing Studies with ICT from Middlesex University, completed in 2002.
