Jonathan Healy is an experienced restaurant management professional with a career spanning over a decade in various leadership roles within the hospitality industry. Currently serving as the Restaurant General Manager at Pebble Beach Resorts since September 2022, Jonathan previously held similar positions at SLS Baha Mar and Eddie Merlot's Prime Aged Beef and Seafood. Other notable roles include General Manager at Healy Inc., Food and Beverage Manager at Canouan Estate Villas & Residences, and F&B Manager positions at The Buccaneer Hotel and Fairmont Hotels & Resorts. Jonathan began the career as a Restaurant Manager at Jeff Ruby's Steakhouse and has a strong foundation in operations, inventory management, and beverage direction from earlier experiences at Eddie Merlot's Steakhouse and Ritz Carlton Grand Cayman.
