Stefano Albanese

Stefano Albanese is a seasoned restaurant management professional with extensive experience in high-end hospitality settings. Currently serving as the Restaurant General Manager at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts since August 2023, Stefano oversees the pre-opening of the two signature restaurants, Brasserie Marie & Verdello, and the Laila Cigar Bar. Prior to this role, Stefano held various positions at The Carlton Tower Jumeirah, including Restaurant Manager and Acting Restaurant Manager at the pre-opening of Al Mare Restaurant & Bar. Additionally, Stefano worked as an Assistant Restaurant Manager during the reopening of Bar Boulud at the Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park and progressed through multiple roles at the Dorchester Collection's CUT Restaurant by Wolfgang Puck.
