Lina Melchor

Lina Melchor is an experienced restaurant manager with a strong background in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as the Restaurant Manager at Pebble Beach Resorts since July 2021, Lina previously held the same role at Dametra Cafe and has extensive experience at Pebble Beach Resorts, where Lina was an Assistant Manager and Food & Beverage Team Leader. With a focus on providing five-star service standards, Lina has developed skills in staff training, inventory oversight, and guest service. Lina's early career includes roles as a Cocktail Waitress and Waitress at various establishments, showcasing a commitment to exceptional service from the onset. Lina holds a B.S. in Sustainable Hospitality Management from California State University, Monterey Bay, and an A.A. from Cabrillo College.
