Guillaume Monchanin

Guillaume Monchanin has extensive experience in logistics, production engineering, methods, and quality management. Currently serving as Responsable logistique and previously as Responsable Méthodes et Maintenance at PEBEO since January 2016, Guillaume has contributed to the efficiency of manufacturing operations. Prior to this role, experience at HEINEKEN included significant contributions as Ingénieur de production, focusing on the redesign of control plans and Total Productive Management. At BD, as Ingénieur Méthodes et Qualité, responsibilities included oversight of production compliance and continuous improvement initiatives. Earlier experience at SCTA Louis Vuitton involved Lean Manufacturing and process optimization, while an early internship at Saint-Gobain provided foundational skills in method engineering. Guillaume holds a degree in mechanical engineering and industrial engineering from Ecole nationale d'Ingénieurs de Saint-Etienne and Universidad Nacional de Cuyo, respectively.
