Mr. David Wong Cheong Fook is our Independent Director and was appointed to the PEC Board on 8 January 2014. He is currently the chairman of the Audit Committee. Mr Wong sits on the Board of Directors for a number of public & non-listed companies as well as Statutory Boards.
