Mr Tan Meng Sai is our Senior Director, Projects, Engineering & Maintenance since September 2017. His key responsibilities include project, engineering and maintenance activities for Singapore and the region for oil and gas, petrochemical, pharmaceutical and utilities and power plant industries. He has more than 40 years of experience working in refinery and petrochemical plants.
Current role
