Gillian Justiana

Gillian Justiana is an experienced football trainer and coach, currently holding multiple roles at PEC Zwolle since June 2018, including Trainer-Coach for the O17 team and various assistant coaching positions across different age groups. Justiana co-founded AJ Soccerdreams, an independent football academy, in May 2016, and served as its owner until May 2023. Previous coaching experience includes a position as Head Trainer at Voetbalvereniging Be Quick '28 and Assistant Coach for the National Team of Curacao. Justiana has a rich background as a professional player, having played for clubs such as Helmond Sport, PEC Zwolle, and the Curacao National Football Team. Education includes study at Landstede MBO and Thomas a Kempis College in Zwolle.
