Paula Simons

Paula Simons has extensive experience in food science and product development, currently serving as R&D Manager and Product Developer at Pecan Deluxe Candy Company since April 2016, focusing on ingredient development for various food applications. Prior roles include Food Scientist at Twang Partners, where Paula worked on premium salts and sugars, and a tenure at Kerry as R&D Cereal Scientist and Technologist, successfully formulating natural and organic cereal products. Early career experience includes a Product Development Internship at Kellogg Company and a Graduate Research Assistant position at Texas A&M University, where Paula researched bioactive compounds and taught food processing principles. Paula holds a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Food Science from Texas A&M University.
