Director Of Innovation at Pecan Deluxe

Walter Waters has extensive work experience in the culinary industry. Walter started their career at Eatzi's Market and Bakery in 2000 as a Sous Chef, where they worked until 2006. From 2006 to 2008, Walter served as the Executive Chef at Club Marketing Services. In 2008, they joined Taco Cabana as the Corporate Executive Chef and remained in that role until 2014. Afterward, Walter joined Gate Petroleum Company as the Food Service Director/Corporate Executive Chef, where they worked until 2016. Currently, Walter holds the position of Director of Innovation at Pecan Deluxe Candy Company since April 2016.

Walter Waters attended The Art Institutes from 2001 to 2003, where they obtained an AOS in Culinary. Walter then pursued their education at Kansas State University from 2011 to 2015, focusing on Food Science. Following this, they attended Colorado State University Global from 2015 to 2017, completing a Bachelor's degree in Project Management.
