Colin Rowan

Colin Rowan is the President of Rowan Communication, Inc. and the Director of Communication and Strategy at Pecan Street Inc. Colin has extensive experience in providing communication consulting for advocacy, non-profit, and corporate clients. Colin has conducted regional and national training sessions on various communication and marketing topics. In the past, Colin has worked as a Director of Communication at Environmental Defense Fund and held positions at I&O Communications, TateAustin, and IntelliQuest. Colin holds a Master of Arts in Political Communication from The University of Texas at Austin.
