Michele O'Brien possesses extensive experience in both the gaming and medical sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Licensing Agent at Pechanga Gaming Commission since January 2014, Michele previously held the role of Licensing Agent within the same organization. Concurrently, Michele has been working as an Emergency Room Technician/EMT at Rancho Springs Medical Center since January 2021, and served as a Home Health Aide at Great Life Senior Care LLC prior to that. Michele's earlier experience includes positions as an Investigative Case Manager at National Business Investigations and Operations Manager at Regus, as well as Center Manager at Interactive Worldwide. Academically, Michele earned a Master’s Degree in Criminal Justice with a focus on cybercrime from Ashford University and holds an EMT Paramedic certificate from Southern California EMS Training, along with an Associate's Degree in Social and Behavior Sciences from Mt. San Jacinto College.

Pechanga Gaming Commission is an independent regulatory body of the Pechanga Band of Luiseño Indians. It is the mission of the Pechanga Gaming Commission to serve the Pechanga people by exceeding their expectations with integrity, respect and fairness using the allotted resources to their fullest. The Commission shall enforce the spirit of the land by always doing what is right in protecting the health and safety of employees and patrons and protecting the assets of the Tribe.
