Liz Crumb is the AVP of Organizational Development at Peckham, Inc. Liz has been with the company for eight years, starting as a Career Planning Specialist. In this role, they assessed and evaluated individuals with disabilities in the field of employment. Liz was also responsible for administering and interpreting a variety of assessments, including Valpar, Aviator, and OASYS. Liz would then recommend accommodations that were needed and complete reports that addressed strengths, barriers, and recommendations for the future. Liz also worked closely with outside referral agencies, including MRS. In their current role as AVP of Organizational Development, Liz is responsible for leading the organization’s talent management initiatives. Liz designs and implements programs that support the attraction, development, and retention of top talent. Liz is also responsible for succession planning and executive coaching.

Liz Crumb attended Michigan State University for both their Masters of Arts in Vocational Rehabilitation Counseling/Counselor and in Rehabilitation Counseling. Liz received their Bachelor of Science in Human Development from Binghamton University, State University of New York. Liz is certified as a Rehabilitation Counselor through the CRCC (Certified Rehabilitation Counselor).

Liz Crumb reports to Jo Sinha, President & CEO. They work with Noah Belanger - VP, Environmental Services, Matthew June - Chief Information Officer, and Sarah Britton - Director, Prevention & ReEntry Services.
