Tina Sutterlin

Tina Sutterlin is a Senior Director at Peckham, Inc., overseeing Total Rewards and HR Operations. Tina has over fifteen years of experience in Human Resources Operations, and has spent the last several years working in Healthcare.

Tina began their career in Human Resources at Sparrow Health System, where they served as the Director of HR Operations for Sparrow Carson Hospital. In this role, they were responsible for managing the Human Resources Operations of the hospital, including overseeing the onsite HR team, developing the annual HR financial plan, and maintaining compliance with all HR related accreditation standards and laws.

In 2015, Tina was integral in transitioning Carson City Hospital people processes and policies to Sparrow Health System. Tina worked closely with the leadership team at Carson Hospital to ensure a smooth transition for all employees.

Tina is a strategic partner and trusted advisor to leaders across the organization, and is passionate about building trust-based, collaborative relationships with their colleagues. Tina is dedicated to ensuring that all employees have a positive experience at Peckham, Inc.

Tina Sutterlin has a MSW from Wayne State University in Medical Social Work, a Certification Prep from SHRM Learning System in HRM, and is taking classes towards their MBA/MHA from Pfeiffer University in Economics, Finance, Accounting, and Statistics. Tina also has a B.A.A. from Central Michigan University in Public Health Education & Wellness Promotion. Tina is certified from SHRM in SHRM-SCP and from HRCI in Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) Certification.
