Carmen Díaz Padilla has extensive experience in human resources, procurement, and supply chain management across various industries, including chemical and architectural sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at PECOMARK since December 2018, Carmen previously held roles in procurement and supply chain at Tecam Group and was responsible for accounting and financial oversight at SUMQUIPOOL and Grupo BEHQ. Additionally, Carmen has significant experience in quality assurance, having worked as an associate quality advisor for QM-21, and has a solid background in administrative functions spanning roles in legal and logistics sectors. Education includes a postgraduate degree in human resource management from EADA Business School and various qualifications in neuroeducation, human resource management, international trade operations, and business administration.
