James Holderman

James Holderman, MBA, CEC, currently serves as the Director of Supply Chain at Pecora Corporation since August 2022. With extensive experience in supply chain management, Holderman previously held multiple leadership roles at Elementis Global from November 2006 to August 2022, including Director of Purchasing and Contract Manufacturing, where responsibilities encompassed purchasing for the Americas and managing a spend of over $50 million. Additionally, Holderman served as Global Supply Chain Director, overseeing the integration of operations across six global production facilities and third-party warehouses with total sales of $400 million. Holderman's career began at Arkema, where roles included Supply Chain Manager and Plant Manager, focusing on reengineering supply chain processes and developing leadership teams. Earlier experience includes a position as Process Engineer at Rutgers-Nease Chemicals. Holderman holds an MBA from Pennsylvania State University and a BS in Chemical Engineering from Penn State University.
