Gibson Fines is a seasoned professional in supply chain and operations management, currently serving as the Director of Supply Chain & Manufacturing at ANCORE since February 2021. Previously, Gibson held the position of Director of Operations and Quality at Q Mixers, where responsibilities included coordinating nationwide production and collaborating with co-pack clients. As the Director of Operations at Back Bay Roasters & Brewers from September 2017 to August 2020, Gibson oversaw the production of various coffee and tea products, managed a team of over 15 employees, and focused on recipe creation, production efficiency, and equipment sourcing. Prior to that role, Gibson served as Production Manager, leading a small team and managing production data.
