Brad Smith has over three decades of experience in the printing industry, starting as a Folder Operator at RR Donnelley in 1987 and working their way up to Area Supervisor before the plant shutdown in 2001. Brad then held various management positions at different companies such as Binding Manager at Printing Resource and Production Manager at Excel Graphics. Currently, Brad is working as a Planner/Estimator at Peczuh Printing, where Brad uses their extensive knowledge of production and logistics to ensure efficient workflow. Throughout their career, Brad has demonstrated strong leadership skills and expertise in overseeing operations, managing crews, and maintaining high productivity levels.
