Jeremy Buchanan

Jeremy Buchanan has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Starting in 2004, they worked at Pedcor Bancorp, where they held positions such as Paralegal & Officer and Assistant Vice President. During this time, they gained experience in real estate development projects, land acquisition, and lease negotiations.

In 2008, Buchanan joined Broadband Network Systems as the Vice President of Business Operations. In this role, they supervised a department that provided phone, internet, and cable services to over 5,000 residential units. Jeremy also took part in IT infrastructure design projects.

Since 2014, Buchanan has been working at Pedcor Investments in different capacities. Jeremy started as a Vice President & Legal Counsel and later advanced to Vice President & Senior Counsel. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Vice President & Chief Legal Officer - Development.

Jeremy Buchanan received their B.A. in Political Science from Indiana University Bloomington in the years 2000 to 2004. Jeremy then pursued a J.D. in Doctor of Jurisprudence from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law from 2005 to 2008.
