Kristin Garcia has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Kristin started their career at MEECO in 1996 as a Human Resources Coordinator/Administrative Assistant. In 1997, they joined Field Hotel Associates as a Human Resources Director/Regional Recruiter. In 2002, they briefly worked as an Adjunct Professor at The Restaurant School at Walnut Hill College. From 2005 to 2011, they served as the Director of Human Resources at The Omni Hotel at Independence Park. Afterwards, they worked at the Inn at Barley Sheaf Farm from 2011 to 2013, initially as an Assistant General Manager/Acting GM. Kristin then joined Brad's Raw Foods as the Director of Human Resources from 2013 to 2015. From 2015 to 2016, they worked at theVillage 1877, a nonprofit organization, also as the Director of Human Resources. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Human Resources at Peddler's Village, where they have been since December 2016.

Kristin Garcia's education history includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources Management from King's College. Kristin also attended Ocean Township High School. In addition to their formal education, they obtained a TIPS Trainer certification in February 2017.
