Anthony Pesce

Anthony Pesce is a partner in the Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice Group at Pedersen & Houpt, a position held since August 2021. Prior experience includes serving as a senior associate at Winston & Strawn LLP from May 2008 to September 2019, where expertise focused on commercial and patent litigation for major corporate clients in various high-stakes industries. Additionally, Anthony served as a coach for the Policy Debate Team at the University of Notre Dame from August 2006 to April 2009, managing team performance and logistics. A background as a law clerk and participant in the Prosecutor’s Academy at the Cook County State Attorney's office was gained in May 2007. Anthony holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Notre Dame Law School (2006-2009) and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science and Philosophy from the University of Notre Dame (2002-2006).
