Dariusz Uzycki

Dariusz Uzycki has a diverse work experience starting from 1998. Dariusz worked as the Training Manager at Whirlpool Polska from October 1998 to October 2000. After that, they were the Country Manager (Consultant) at Mercuri Urval from November 2000 to July 2007. Dariusz then joined Deininger Consulting as the Managing Director from August 2007 to December 2013. In 2014, they joined Pedersen & Partners as the Head of Industrial Sector CEE & CIS. In the same year, they also started their own company, DUI Dariusz Uzycki, where they serve as the Owner and provides Personal & Team Development Consulting and Leadership Development services. Dariusz also lectures in Executive MBA and postgraduate courses and works on Executive Search projects in exclusive cooperation with Pedersen & Partners.

Dariusz Uzycki obtained their M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from the Military University of Technology in 1987. Dariusz went on to pursue a Ph.D. in Physics at the same university, completing it in 1992.
