Guido Bormann

Guido Bormann is a Partner at Pedersen & Partners, acting as Country Manager for Germany and overseeing the country teams in Switzerland and Benelux. Mr. Bormann joined the firm in 2014 and brought over 15 years of extensive experience in the Executive Search industry. He was previously Country Manager for Germany with additional responsibility for Turkey, Scandinavia and CEE for a multinational recruitment firm. Prior to joining the industry, Mr. Bormann worked in Madrid (Spain) in the field of renewable energy and for a market leader in wood fibre insulation materials manufacturing.

Mr. Bormann has an MBA from European School of Management (ESCP) and a Master’s degree (MSc) from Georgia Augusta University, Goettingen. He speaks native German, fluent English and Spanish.
