He was previously Country Manager for Germany with additional responsibility for Turkey, Scandinavia and CEE for a multinational recruitment firm. Prior to joining the industry, Mr. Bormann worked in Madrid (Spain) in the field of renewable energy and for a market leader in wood fibre insulation materials manufacturing.
Mr. Bormann has an MBA from European School of Management (ESCP) and a Master’s degree (MSc) from Georgia Augusta University, Goettingen. He speaks native German, fluent English and Spanish.
