Human Resources Team

The Human Resources Team at Pediatric Associates Inc. PS is responsible for managing the recruitment, onboarding, and retention of staff; ensuring compliance with employment laws; and fostering a positive workplace culture. This includes strategic planning by the Chief Personnel Officer, policy implementation by the Director of Human Resources, and day-to-day employee support by the Human Resources Generalist.
