Karoline Lariviere

Karoline Lariviere is an experienced human resources executive currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Pediatric Associates Family of Companies since June 2024. Prior to this role, Lariviere held the position of Chief Human Resources Officer at Creation Technologies from October 2022 to April 2024, and from March 2015 to September 2022, worked at Fresenius Medical Care in various senior leadership roles, including Senior Vice President Human Resources and SVP, Human Resources for Global Care Delivery and FKC. Earlier in the career, Lariviere served as Vice President of Human Resources at Philips and held the position of Sr. Director/Vice President of Human Resources at Hewlett Packard. Lariviere holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Science from Bryant University.
