Shelley Pressley, MBA, CMP

Shelley Pressley, MBA, CMP has a diverse work experience, starting in 2007 as an Assistant Account Manager at Apple Advertising Inc. / Management Assistance: Programs & Services (MAPS) Inc. Shelley then joined the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation in 2009 and held various roles including National Manager of Family Support, Family Support Manager, and Manager of Mission Programs. In these positions, they organized foundation events, managed meeting budgets, developed and implemented family support programs, served as the first line of contact for the foundation's helpline, managed the online scholarship program, and oversaw the scholarship volunteer program. Most recently, they joined the Society for Neuro-Oncology in 2018 as the Manager of Program Events and currently serves as the Director of Administration.

Shelley Pressley, MBA, CMP has a strong educational background with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Political Science and Social Science, which they obtained from Western Carolina University in the years 2002 to 2006. In 2020 to 2021, they furthered their education at the same institution and earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. In addition to their degrees, Shelley also holds a certification as a Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) from the Events Industry Council, which they obtained in August 2019.
