Nithya Sunder

Nithya Sunder is a pediatrician and partner at Pediatric Health Associates, where the focus is on serving children from birth through age 21 years, with an emphasis on preventive health and asthma, since August 2006. Previously, Nithya Sunder held the positions of Department Chair and Vice Chair of Pediatrics at Northwestern Medicine Central DuPage Hospital from July 2018 to September 2022. Prior experience includes serving as a Resident Physician at Children's Hospital of Wisconsin from June 2003 to June 2006. Nithya Sunder earned a Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Illinois College of Medicine between 1999 and 2003, following a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 1996 to 1999, and completing secondary education at Glenbard South High School from 1992 to 1996.
