Holden Raines is currently the owner of Arkansas Alcohol Legal Consulting, PLLC, specializing in alcohol permitting and regulatory compliance. Raines previously held positions as CLO/General Counsel at Pediatrics Plus, Assistant General Counsel at Foxden Capital, and Attorney Specialist at Arkansas Alcoholic Beverage Control. Raines began their legal career as a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney at the Prosecuting Attorney's Office - 11th Judicial District-West, before working as a Litigation Attorney at the Law Office of H. Chris Christy. Raines obtained a Doctor of Law degree from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, William H. Bowen School of Law.
