Deb Kaspar

Deb Kaspar is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in healthcare operations, currently serving as an Executive Consultant and President for Pediatrix and Obstetrix Medical Groups in the North Markets since 2012. Kaspar has successfully led operations across a 19-state region, driving financial results and managing budgeting, as well as overseeing high-quality physician services for 45 hospitals in the Mid-Atlantic as Regional Vice President of Operations. Previous roles include Director of Operations for Anesthesiology, focusing on acquisitions and integration, and Director of Operations for Women’s & Children’s Services at MEDNAX, emphasizing resource optimization and leadership excellence. Kaspar holds a Master’s in Health Administration from the University of Florida and a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Northern Illinois University.
