Don D'Onofrio has a diverse background in corporate finance and financial management systems. Don started their career in 1998 as a Sr. Corporate Reporting Analyst at Spherion, where they designed and administered multiple Hyperion Enterprise Applications and played a key role in converting the software to provide more flexibility in reporting. Don then joined Republic Services Inc in 1999, where they initially served as a Sr. Financial Analyst, developing management reports, participating in budgeting and forecasting processes, and administering financial reporting systems. Don later became the Manager of Financial Systems, leading a team of professionals and managing the performance of Oracle Essbase. In this role, they evaluated and integrated new applications and designed an ROI model that improved efficiency. Since 2010, Don has been working at Pediatrix Medical Group, initially as the Manager of Financial Planning Analysis, and later as the Sr. Manager and currently the Director of Corporate Finance.
Don D'Onofrio attended Iona University from 1987 to 1991, earning a BA degree in Criminal Justice, Accounting, and Finance.
