Jeannie Perez Walker, CPRP has a diverse and extensive work experience in talent acquisition and recruiting roles. Jeannie is currently the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition at Pediatrix Medical Group, where they manage a team of over 30 professionals and is responsible for all aspects of talent acquisition. Prior to this, they held positions at Mednax, National Medical Group, where they served as the Senior Manager of Clinical Talent Acquisition and as a Regional Clinical Recruiter. Before that, Jeannie worked at Adeptus Health as a Physician Recruiter and at Jackson and Coker as the Director of Recruiting. Jeannie also gained experience at Schumacher Group as a West Division Recruitment Strategy & Optimization Specialist and at EmCare as the Director of Recruiting and the National Director of Physician Recruiting. Jeannie started their career at Merritt Hawkins as a Senior Search Consultant. With their extensive background in talent acquisition, Jeannie brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to their current role at Pediatrix Medical Group.
Jeannie Perez Walker, CPRP, holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources Management from Western Governors University. In addition, they have obtained certifications in Leadership from Western Governors University and in Human Resource Management from Badgr (now part of Instructure). Jeannie also holds a CPRP certification from the Association for Advancing Physician and Provider Recruitment, which they obtained in June 2022.
