Fernanda Cots has extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as Total Rewards & Benefits | Regional LATAM - People at PedidosYa since April 2023, where responsibilities include analyzing salary structures and executing compensation processes. Prior roles include Talent Acquisition at PedidosYa, focusing on executive search and supporting People Partners projects, and Talent Acquisition & HRBP at Openbank, managing end-to-end processes in Argentina. Fernanda also led talent acquisition strategies at Accenture for Mercado Libre and worked as an Executive Search Consultant at FARO, identifying talent for national and multinational companies.
