Nicolás Acosta Hernández

Nicolás Acosta Hernández is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in marketing and customer experience management. Currently serving as a marketing instructor at FCEA - Facultad de Ciencias Económicas y de Administración since March 2024, Nicolás has held various senior roles at PedidosYa, including Partner Finance Manager and Training & Knowledge Manager, since September 2020. Previous experience includes supervisory and team leadership positions at Mercadolibre.com from 2016 to 2020, a coordinator role at DIRECTV, and customer support functions at CSAV and Afinidad AFAP.
