Mia Standard

Mia Standard currently serves as the Director of Operations at The Peel Compton Foundation since July 2020. Prior to this role, Mia held various leadership positions at Outdoor Cap Company from August 2004 to March 2020, including VP of Product Development, VP Customer Experience, Vice President Sales and Service Operations, Director of Business Development, Product Development Director, and Merchandise Development Coordinator. Additionally, Mia worked as a Collegiate Development Consultant for Delta Gamma from June 2003 to May 2004. Mia earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from The University of Tulsa, graduating in 2003.
