Tom Alderson

Tom Alderson is the Founder of Flywheel Advisory LLC, where services include Personal and Executive Coaching focused on meaningful life design and achieving aspirational goals. In addition, Tom serves on the Board of Directors for The Peel Compton Foundation. Tom's extensive prior experience at Walmart includes roles such as Senior Director of Human Resources, where oversight included a team of over 1,500 associates, and Director of US Strategy, managing strategic planning and execution for the US business. Responsibilities also encompassed promoting data-driven decision-making and transforming project management processes. Educationally, Tom earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Miami University.
