Amit Mehrotra

Amit Mehrotra is an accomplished educator with extensive experience in various roles at the Peel District School Board since 2002. Currently serving as Principal, Amit previously held positions as Vice-Principal and Modern Learning Resource Teacher, where responsibilities included supporting instructional technology and promoting 21st Century competencies. With a background as a High School English Teacher, Amit also contributed to curriculum design, served as a Technology Lead Teacher, and chaired the Innovation Committee. Amit's career began in finance at TD, managing payroll and international payments. Educational qualifications include an Honours Bachelor of Arts from McMaster University, a Bachelor of Education from Western University, and a Master of Education from the University of Ottawa.
