Saher Zuberi

Saher Zuberi, CPA-CA, currently serves as the School Finance Manager at Peel District School Board since September 2017, where responsibilities include presenting financial literacy training to school leaders and providing guidance on Board policy regarding School Generated Funds. Prior experience includes a role as a Tax Avoidance Auditor at Canada Revenue Agency from March 2012 to September 2017, focusing on compliance with the Income Tax Act and conducting complex financial analyses. Previously, Saher worked as a Senior Field Auditor for the Government of Ontario, performing audits for compliance with the Province's Retail Sales Tax Act. Other relevant experience includes positions as a Senior Financial Analyst at The Dominion of Canada General Insurance Company and as a Senior Staff Accountant at both Deloitte Canada and Ernst & Young. Saher holds a Specialist degree in Commerce with a Major in Economics from the University of Toronto Mississauga.
