Stephen Kirk

Stephen Kirk has a diverse work history, with experience in various roles and industries. Stephen is currently serving as the Head of Asset Management at Peel L&P since January 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Liverpool City Council from 2017 to 2023, holding the position of Head of Commercial Investment.

In addition, Stephen had a brief secondment at Liverpool City Region Combined Authority as a Senior Investment Lead from October 2020 to July 2021. Stephen also served as a School Governor at St Peter's Church of England Primary School from December 2017 to September 2019.

Before their role at Liverpool City Council, Stephen worked at Lapithus Management LLP as the Director of Real Estate Asset Management from July 2015 to December 2016. Stephen then joined Alpha Real Capital as Deputy Fund Manager / European Portfolio Manager from March 2006 to July 2015. Prior to that, they worked at Curzon Global Partners / AEW Europe as an Associate Director from January 2003 to February 2006. Stephen began their career at DTZ as an Associate in European Corporate Real Estate Services from 2000 to 2003.

Stephen Kirk completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in French & German at The University of Manchester from 1995 to 1999. In 2001, they obtained a Postgraduate Certificate in Finance & Economics from Birkbeck, University of London. Finally, from 2019 to 2021, Stephen pursued a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration at Liverpool Business School.
