Ted C. currently serves as the Vice Chairman and Chair of the IT Committee at Peel Mutual Insurance Company since March 2019, leading the strategic direction and implementation of an IT-based insurance system. Previously, Ted C. held the position of Director of Sales for Eastern Canada at Calix from February 2017 to June 2018, where responsibilities included driving a shift in the service provider market. An academic background includes an MBA in Technology from the Ted Rogers School of Management at Toronto Metropolitan University, completed between 2013 and 2016, and a B.Comm in Finance and Economics from the University of Toronto. Ted C.'s extensive experience also includes leadership roles at Cisco Systems Canada, where market share in IP Telephony was significantly increased, and Microsoft Canada, where substantial revenue growth was achieved across multiple product lines.
